Investment Banking Specialist

As an Investment Banker specializing in Real Estate Financing at a high-growth financial advisory & investment platform in Hyderabad, you will hold a leadership position with full P&L accountability, offering accelerated career progression opportunities compared to traditional banks & NBFCs. Key Responsibilities: - Originate and source real estate financing deals covering syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy. - Manage transactions end-to-end, including conducting due diligence and managing documentation. - Guide and mentor the buy-side team to ensure high-quality outputs like IMs, financial models, presentations, and market analysis. - Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners. - Provide feedback on transaction documents and participate in negotiations on key commercial terms. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: 4-14 years in Real Estate financing from Bank/NBFC/AIF or SME/Mid-market wholesale banking. - Education: MBA/Management qualification from a renowned institute.
