About the Role

Senior Process Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
• Perform transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines.
• Adhere to governance and compliance mechanisms established with the client.
• Work in client-assigned shifts with flexibility.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the

  investment banking

  domain

• OR

• MBA (Finance)

  fresher – 2024 pass-out with

  mark sheet and degree certificate (DC)

  in hand.
• Strong understanding of

  investment banking concepts

  .
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings.

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is a plus.

Compensation

• Annual CTC:
