As an Investment Banker specializing in Real Estate Financing at a high-growth financial advisory & investment platform in Hyderabad, you will have a leadership role with full P&L accountability, promising accelerated career advancement in comparison to traditional banks & NBFCs. Key Responsibilities: - Originate and source real estate financing deals encompassing syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy. - Oversee transactions from initiation to completion, including conducting due diligence and handling documentation. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the buy-side team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs such as IMs, financial models, presentations, and market analysis. - Cultivate and reinforce relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners. - Offer feedback on transaction documents and engage in negotiations regarding key commercial terms.
