Lead and mentor a tele sales team for international solar markets
Set realistic daily, weekly & monthly targets
Track KPIs, metrics & provide detailed sales reporting
Train sales reps on objection handling, proposals & closing
Assist in escalations & help convert high-value deals
Collaborate with leadership on strategy & growth execution
Conduct performance reviews & create improvement plans
Ensure compliance with Australian solar standards & quality
Build a high-energy, driven & collaborative sales culture
2–4 years in international telesales (solar preferred)
Proven experience leading a sales team
Strong motivation, communication & leadership skills
Numbers-focused, analytical, and goal-oriented
Proficiency with CRM, dashboards & digital communication tools
Comfortable with early morning AU-time shift
Passion for coaching, developing and growing teams
