International Sales Manager

Your role as an International Sales Manager will involve fostering and nurturing sales relationships in designated international markets, working towards achieving sales targets, and ensuring client needs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure potential business opportunities in assigned regions for client acquisition. - Implement and adapt sales strategies based on regional market insights for successful sales strategy execution. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met for client relations. - Continually monitor market conditions, competitor strategies, and customer feedback for market analysis. - Collaborate with other International Sales Managers, sharing market insights and strategies for effective teamwork. - Regularly communicate with the Global Sales Director regarding sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities for feedback and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in international sales, with a preference for those experienced in the rice industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Capacity to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
