Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve organizational growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in international markets.
• Build strong business networks across global regions and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, business presentations, and project delivery.
• Lead negotiations, close international business deals, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management.
• Attend global meetings, conferences, and virtual events as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in International Sales / International Business Development.
• Strong understanding of global markets, business communication, and sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing international deals.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• MBA in International Business (preferred but not mandatory).
