About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (International
Business) to manage operations, listings, sales, and performance across multiple international
marketplaces and country platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of contact
(POC) for partner countries and e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, accurate
reporting, and consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Platform & Partner Management
● Act as the POC for international platforms/country representatives to coordinate
day-to-day business operations.
● Ensure effective communication with marketplace partners, distributors, and internal
stakeholders. 2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
● Maintain and update the listing catalog with accurate country-wise product details and
any changes.
● Coordinate content translation for product detail pages, videos, and creative assets to
suit regional requirements. 3. MIS & Reporting
● Create and share monthly dashboards capturing ad spend, sales integration, and
performance insights.● Manage daily sales reporting and automate SKU-level reports for the top 5
international channels.
● Track inventory levels daily, highlight low-stock SKUs, and coordinate replenishment.
● Monitor sponsored and organic keyword rankings, preparing weekly reports on
visibility and performance.
● Manage shipment operations – from creation to updating shipment details and
maintaining disbursement records.
● Conduct warehouse physical checks to ensure packaging and shipment compliance
as per SOPs.
● Share review request emails with customers and track feedback. 4. Market Support & Social Media
● Manage social media activities for international pages; post 2 creatives per week.
● Monitor and report review ratings, flagging issues or negative feedback for resolution.
5. Product Listing & Account Health
● Maintain 100% SKU availability across platforms.
● Ensure zero product delisting due to compliance issues.
● Monitor and reduce returns/refunds below 5% by coordinating with logistics and quality
teams. 6. Market Research & Analytics
● Track and analyze market share, competitor movements, and pricing trends across
international markets.
● Share actionable insights with marketing and product teams to identify new growth
opportunities.Qualifications & Experience:
● MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
● 4–7 years of experience in Key Account Management / International E-commerce /
Export Sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
● Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI
tools.
● Experience with platforms like Amazon Global, Noon, eBay, Walmart, etc. is a plus.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Key Attributes:
