Job Description

Job role: International Business Development

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00am


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Expert in selling Healthcare services, IT Solutions, Custom Software Development and on-demand resourcing to Domestic & International clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs through cold calling, networking & social media. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Understanding and analyzing business, technical & functional requirements from clients. Negotiating with project stakeholders.
  • Preparing sales reports and projections.
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with clients. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients. Handling queries of clients which are related to projects and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.


Must have:

  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Networking: Building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding the sales process and techniques..
  • Market Research: Understanding industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads.
  • Presentation: Delivering compelling pitches and presentations.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
