As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
• Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US market
• Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets: Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations
• Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long term strategic partnership
• Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growth
• Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research Serve as the key client contact on multiple account
• Address complicated customer queries around our product offering
