💼 Job Title: International Business Development Executive / Manager 🌍 Location: Pitampura, New Delhi 🕒 Type: Full-Time | Night Shift 🏢 Industry: Service-Based Industry (IT / Accounting / Outsourcing / BPO preferred) Note: This role is strictly for candidates with prior experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation in the US market. Only those candidates should apply. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Professional to join our growing global sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US Sales, Cold Calling, Outbound Prospecting, and Lead Generation , preferably from a service-based industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads from the US market. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools. Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored service solutions. Schedule meetings and product/service demos with prospects. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–8 years of experience in international sales or business development (preferably US market). Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation. Experience in a service-based industry (IT, outsourcing, accounting, consulting, etc.) is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal & written). Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities. Comfortable working in US shift timings. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Understanding of US business culture and market dynamics. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
