Role Overview:

International Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads from the US market.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demos with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in international sales or business development (preferably US market).

  • Proven track record in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation.

  • Experience in a service-based industry (IT, outsourcing, accounting, consulting, etc.) is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal & written).

  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.

  • Comfortable working in US shift timings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range:

    ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA (depending on experience).
