Job Description

As a Senior International Business Development Specialist at Orion Digital Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end sales efforts on a global scale. Your role will involve identifying, nurturing, and closing international business opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep understanding of the global market, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit will be crucial for driving revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential markets for our products/services. - Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors to inform business development strategies. - Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. - Identify and qualify potential international clients, partners, and distributors. - Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy considering short-term and long-term objectives. - Develop detailed sales plans for each target market, outlining key milestones and deliverables. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure. - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk management. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operational teams to align strategies and deliver value to international clients. - Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. - Track and report on sales performance, revenue, and market expansion progress. - Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven track record in international business development and end-to-end sales, with at least 5 years of experience. - Experience in working with International Clients (USA, UK, UAE will be an added advantage). - Experience in Working with IT/Software or Digital Marketing Organizations. - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships. - Proficiency in using market analysis tools. - Strategic thinking and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities.,
