Job Description

·       Create and present company services to potential clients and follow up with professional and timely persistence

·       Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.

·       Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

·       Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Global FPO’s services.

·       Negotiate terms, close sales, and onboard new clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

·       Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools to track progress and generate reports.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and delivery of services.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.

·       Represent Global FPO at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.

·       Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team on sales activities and outcomes.


Skills & Experience

 

 

·       Proven 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing or professional services industry.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

·       Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

·       Understanding of the outsourcing industry domain is a plus.

·       Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
