Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, managing customer relationships, and promoting our range of adhesives and sealants. Daily tasks include visiting clients, providing product demonstrations, negotiating sales deals, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and providing feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Experience in customer relationship management and client visits
• Knowledge of the adhesive and sealant industry is a plus
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
