Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Team Lead (Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage both teams and client relationships. You will play a key role in leading client calls, managing international projects, and overseeing digital campaigns across paid advertising platforms and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: Support the Team Lead in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for global clients. Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Take ownership of regular client communications, including leading client calls, understanding client requirements, and presenting campaign results. Plan and manage campaigns on paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) ensuring high ROI and alignment with client objectives. Oversee CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.), ensuring data integrity, campaign integration, and effective client lifecycle management. Coordinate and successfully deliver international digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 34 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency and international exposure. Strong experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Experience in CRM management and marketing automation tools. Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable leading client calls and presentations. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
