Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage, mentor, and motivate our in-house digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our online growth by developing and executing data-driven strategies across all digital channels to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketing specialists.
• Manage workload allocation, performance reviews, and professional development plans for team members.
• Develop and execute robust organic search strategies to improve search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.
• Manage significant paid media budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Plan, launch, and optimize highly effective PPC, display, and paid social campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to manage Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Provide strategic insights and reports to senior management, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of

  3 years of dedicated digital marketing experience
