Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, leading strategies, and driving growth across social media, search engines, and paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end digital marketing functions independently and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan content calendars, marketing funnels, and campaign timelines.
  • Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategize and oversee content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Implement trend-based content, reels, and viral strategies.
  • Manage brand voice consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead keyword strategy, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Guide website optimization and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor technical SEO and collaborate with developers.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor conversions, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.
  • Prepare detailed analytics reports on campaign performance.
  • Review and approve ad copies, captions, creatives, and marketing materials.
  • Guide designers and writers for high-quality output.
  • Ensure brand style, grammar, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
  • Provide weekly/monthly insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Track and report KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Create automated workflows and lead nurturing sequences
  • Stay updated with digital marketing innovations and platform changes.
  • Implement AI tools for content, scheduling, research, and analytics.
  • Introduce automation processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in SMM, SEO, and PPC
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Proficiency in Canva, Analytics tools, and CRM platforms
  • High-level copywriting & content planning
  • Trend awareness and creative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong English communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot certifications (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
