About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality. Your expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing will be key to developing strategies that drive growth and success for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, ensuring tasks are aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Review and approve posts, reels, and other content before sharing with clients.
• Work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored digital marketing strategies.
• Track team progress through weekly reports, ensuring KPIs are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies for social media, SEO, and paid ad campaigns.
• Ensure timely client communications, approvals, and report submissions.
• Regularly check community engagement efforts and response times to reviews across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Executive to bring in new clients and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and review response best practices.
• Experience with tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Ability to work closely with clients and understand their business needs.
• Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI tools for website creation, Ubersuggest, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wix, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.
