What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute business strategies for 

    Solar, EV Charger & BESS exports

     across multiple international markets.
  • Identify and capture opportunities with 

    OEMs, EPCs, distributors, utilities, and government projects

    .
  • Lead the 

    RFQ process

    : customer identification, quotes, negotiations & business nominations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with 

    global partners & stakeholders

    .
  • Coordinate with internal 

    engineering, product & manufacturing teams

     to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Represent Servotech at 

    international trade fairs, expos & renewable energy conferences

    .
  • Track global industry trends & cmpetitor activities to sharpen strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in 

    international business development/export sales

     in 

    Solar, EV, or BESS

    .
  • Strong network in 

    renewable & EV ecosystems

     across multiple regions.
  • Proven success in 

    RFQ management, global negotiations, and securing international contracts

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation & partnership-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to 

    establish Servotech in new geographies

    .

Qualifications

Business, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering

10–15 years’ experience

RFQ handling, global negotiations, and securing contracts

network in renewable energy, EV, or storage ecosystems

CRM tools, international trade compliance, and MS Office Suite

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
