Job Description

As an International Business Development Manager at Navneet Education Limited in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving international sales and expanding the global footprint of our stationery products, focusing particularly on the African and UAE markets. You will play a key role in developing export sales, managing distributors, and implementing effective channel sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in export sales, with a strong emphasis on building robust export strategies in the African and UAE markets. Your expertise in distributor management will be crucial in overseeing international distributor partnerships and maximizing channel effectiveness. Additionally, your proficiency in channel sales will enable you to develop and execute sales strategies that are aligned with the company's goals. Your role will also involve utilizing your business development acumen to identify new market opportunities and partnerships globally. Drawing on your extensive experience in international sales, specifically in Africa and the Middle East, you will leverage market insights to capitalize on growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting Gap Analysis, preparing Market Survey reports, and leading new inquiries and buying trips activities in collaboration with various teams. As part of your duties, you will be tasked with developing Navneet's brand distribution business in Africa and the Middle East, managing distributors within your assigned territory, and representing Navneet's International business during customer interactions at fairs and meetings. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order execution by coordinating with internal teams and preparing and reviewing market research reports regularly to inform strategic decisions. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster strong business relationships with international partners. Your ability to lead and manage various aspects of international sales and business development will be critical in driving Navneet's growth in the global market.,
