We are expanding into merchandise and visual content with a focus on high-quality, creative illustrations and branding. We're looking for young design talent to support our creative team. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer who has worked in or is interested in publishing, merchandise design, and illustrations. The role is ideal for an intern or fresher looking to build a strong design portfolio with a reputed brand. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and layout of books, educational materials, and other publishing assets. Create engaging graphics for merchandise such as notebooks, diaries, packaging, etc. Develop original illustrations and visual content as per brand guidelines. Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment. Support in preparing digital and print-ready files for production. Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to the table. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or final-year students/interns). 6 months to 1 year of internship or freelance/professional experience. Strong interest in publishing, merchandise design, and character/illustration development. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; basic knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus. Good illustration and composition skills. Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
