Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion & Strategy

• Identify and evaluate new international markets through research and analysis.
• Develop and implement entry strategies for target regions.
• Recommend regional product positioning and pricing strategies.

• Client & Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with overseas stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve client conflicts while maintaining trust.

• Sales & Revenue Growth

• Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities across borders.
• Present business proposals and close deals with international clients.
• Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, market share, and profitability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, operations) to support global initiatives.
• Coordinate with development teams to meet international goals.

• Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all international activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for stakeholders using key account metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in international business development or global sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of global market trends and cultural business practices.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multilingual abilities or international travel experience is a plus.
