We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial International Business Development Manager to join our high-growth startup ecosystem. This is not just another sales role — you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to craft and execute business strategies, identify new international opportunities, and build partnerships that fuel scale.

What You’ll Do

As the International Business Development Manager, you’ll lead initiatives to grow our presence across global markets. From pipeline building to partnerships, from strategy to execution — you’ll wear multiple hats and drive measurable outcomes.


Business Expansion & Strategy

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize global markets for expansion.

Build entry strategies for key regions (US, Europe, MENA, etc.).

Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer profiling.


Sales & Partnerships

Generate qualified leads and close strategic partnerships.

Own the full international sales cycle — from outreach to negotiation.

Represent the company in global conversations, virtual events, and networking platforms.


Marketing & GTM Initiatives

Collaborate with marketing teams to localize campaigns for target geographies.

Experiment with outbound, content-led, and partnership-driven GTM strategies.

Track performance and optimize efforts using data and insights.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment with international goals.

Act as the voice of global clients and partners internally.


What Makes You a Great Fit

2–4 years of experience in international sales, partnerships, or business development (startup or B2B background preferred).

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and love solving problems.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in dynamic environments.

Prior experience or networks in overseas markets is a big plus.
