Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and strategic International Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead enterprise sales and partnership growth across global markets, including the UK, US, EU, and Middle East.


This role focuses on building corporate client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and creating long-term training partnerships with enterprise organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B corporate clients in priority international regions.
  • Engage directly with HR, L&D, Training, and Leadership teams to position Xcademias corporate learning solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals and workforce development plans aligned to client goals.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and content teams to ensure client success.
  • Represent Xcademia at business meetings, trade events, and international exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in EdTech, corporate training, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of winning and managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (CXO, HR, L&D, Transformation).
  • Based in Bangalore, with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel.
