1. Global Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze international healthcare markets, patient demand, and competitor hospitals
  • Identify target countries for medical tourism or international partnerships
  • Develop international marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals

2. Medical Tourism Development

  • Promote specialized treatments (e.g., cardiology, oncology, orthopedics) to overseas patients
  • Design patient acquisition strategies for international patients
  • Coordinate with travel facilitators, embassies, and medical tourism agencies

3. Branding & Positioning

  • Build and maintain a strong global brand image for the hospital
  • Highlight accreditations (e.g., JCI), quality standards, and clinical excellence
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across countries

4. Digital & International Promotion

  • Manage international digital marketing campaigns (websites, SEO, social media, online ads)
  • Oversee multilingual marketing content
  • Monitor international campaign performance and ROI

5. Partnerships & Business Development

  • Establish relationships with foreign hospitals, insurance companies, and government bodies
  • Collaborate with international referral networks and healthcare providers
  • Support international B2B contracts and agreements

6. Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

  • Ensure marketing complies with international healthcare laws and advertising regulations
  • Follow ethical guidelines for medical advertising and patient communication
  • Adapt strategies to country-specific healthcare regulations

7. Patient Experience & Communication

  • Improve international patient journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
  • Coordinate with clinical, operations, and international patient departments
  • Ensure culturally sensitive communication and service delivery

8. Budgeting & Performance Analysis

  • Manage international marketing budgets
  • Track KPIs such as patient volume, revenue, and market growth
  • Prepare reports for senior management

9. Cross-Cultural Management
