Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Manager based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying and establishing new international business opportunities, formulating strategies to expand market presence, and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include managing international sales, negotiating contracts, and overseeing account management efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves market analysis to identify trends and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in International Business Development, including identifying and securing new opportunities in global markets.
  • Skills in Business Planning and executing strategies that align with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Experience in International Sales and effectively expanding market presence across regions.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client retention.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Familiarity with the accounting or outsourcing sector and its global landscape is an advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with clients across multiple time zones.
