About The Role

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Zenoti.
  • This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on defined job criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews by aligning schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Support with communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job posting activities.
  • Help with creating reports and dashboards for hiring metrics.

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Interest in recruitment, HR operations
