WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING HERE 2-3 yrs of relevant experience in a corporate environment with LLB or integrated LLB or LLM is preferable. In-depth knowledge of the legal code and procedures. Having dealt primarily with contracts, intellectual property and copyright infringement along with compliance-related matters. Arbitration and mediation skills needed to represent the organization in front of legal authority. Has a basic understanding of online fraud & piracy. Preferably has some experience in interacting with local law enforcement & police. Great organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. THE BEST FIT CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents such as commercial contracts, employment contracts, vendor agreements, etc. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records. Representing the organization in legal proceedings or handling litigation matters, as required. Managing the organizations intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
