As a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Plastics Division at Microtex in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth initiatives for injection moulded components. With a focus on B2B sales and marketing, you will be responsible for building partnerships, defining the brand voice, and executing integrated campaigns across various industries. Your role will involve leveraging your 15+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing within the plastics industry, with a preference for value-added or specialty plastics. Your deep relationships in automotive, electrical, healthcare, infrastructure, and packaging sectors will be instrumental in expanding market presence and driving sales growth. You will need to demonstrate a strong track record in OEM, institutional, and channel sales, along with experience in technical selling of compounds, FR systems, engineering polymers, or sustainable plastics. Your ability to lead with data, vision, and sharp communication skills will be essential in this role. Being fully present at the Bengaluru manufacturing HQ, you will have the opportunity to lead in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment.
