As a Creative Director Copy, you will lead the development of impactful communication ideas, narratives, and copywriting for a large-scale political marketing initiative in Punjab. Your role will involve creating culturally resonant campaigns that deeply connect with the people, requiring a combination of strategic messaging expertise and a strong grasp of socio-political nuances. With a requirement of 8-10 years of experience, you will work from the office based in Mohali/Chandigarh, necessitating a strong understanding of Punjabi language, idioms, and socio-political landscape. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing innovative campaign ideas, crafting messaging frameworks aligned with campaign goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, client communication, research analysis, team leadership, and operational excellence are also crucial aspects of this role.
