Job Overview

• TigerAdvertising seeks a seasoned copy professional who can craft client briefs into concept-driven creative campaigns across platforms.
• The candidate should be versatile in both short and long copy and confident in guiding creative direction in collaboration with art and strategy teams
• Will be responsible for delivering compelling communication for mainline, digital, and integrated campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling and brand voice.

Candidate Profile:

• Should be a strategic thinker capable of aligning creative concepts with marketing objectives.
• Should be passionate and have the capability and inclination to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior copywriters.
• Should be capable of reviewing, refining, and elevating the overall quality of copy across teams.
• Team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to provide constructive, creative feedback are key to this role.

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, English, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional candidates without the above-mentioned qualifications will also be considered.
• Must have experience working with an advertising or social media agency.
