Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer-facing marketing. They ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all media and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with their products. The team drives the strategy and creative work that provides both new and existing customers with simple, engaging, and inspiring marketing experiences. The Channel Marcom team is responsible for driving all marketing communications in the indirect channel, delivering a best-in-class Apple customer experience across all customer touch-points, including communications and merchandising strategies within partners" brick-and-mortar and online environments. They are looking for an experienced marketer and project owner to be responsible for driving product launch and geo-origination works for Apple's hardware and services, as well as seasonal and tactical campaigns in all indirect routes to market digital environments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams both within and outside of Marcom, and needs strong ownership to drive world-class marketing and communications solutions for Apple's indirect routes to market. Key responsibilities include working with Partner Comms, Sales, Brand, Strategy, and Product Marketing teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities. The individual will translate marketing, business, and partner objectives into strategic comms plans as well as insightful briefs that will inspire the best possible work. They will serve as a single point of contact for responsible projects from an overall planning, communications, and deliverables perspective, representing India's needs with WW Marcom to clearly articulate local insights, objectives, and solutions for responsible geo-origination campaigns. Additionally, they will oversee the cross-functional creation and production process, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of assets that meet the business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing throughout the campaign planning and production process is also essential. Providing insights and learnings to local stakeholders and WW Channel Marcom, innovating, and evolving the work and how it is done are part of the role. Minimum Qualifications - 8 years of experience in the marketing communications domain. - Experience in international account management at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in channel marketing discipline, including visual merchandising, retail marketing/campaigns, POS, and customer-engagement programs. - Extensive experience in brand communications (Above The Line & Below The Line), and a deep understanding of integrated campaigns across omni-channel touch-points, including online and offline experiences. - A deep understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey and its opportunity to drive connected creative ideas and route to market strategies. - Experience partnering with and building productive relationships with Creatives. - Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high expectations. - Cut through ambiguity. Able to operate effectively even when things are uncertain. Adapts quickly to changing conditions. - Think clearly and strategically. Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action. Also able to distill big decisions down to their determinative factors. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Capable of encouraging, inspiring, and influencing others to work together to move things forward, both internally and externally. - Communicates effectively. You can adapt your communications to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, from external agencies to senior management. - Attention to detail and result-oriented. - Superior written and verbal communications skills.,
