Job Description

As a member of the Marketing Communications (Marcom) team at Apple, your role will involve overseeing the flawless development and execution of world-class communications for Apple's consumer-facing marketing across various media and platforms. You will drive the strategy and creative work to provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging, and inspiring marketing experiences. The Channel Marcom team is specifically responsible for driving all marketing communications in the indirect channel, ensuring a best-in-class Apple customer experience across all touch-points. Your main responsibility will be to drive product launches, geo-origination works, and seasonal/tactical campaigns in all indirect routes to market and digital environments. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Partner Comms, Sales, Brand, Strategy, and Product Marketing teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities. - Translate marketing, business, and partner objectives into strategic comms plans and insightful briefs to inspire the best work. - Act as the single point of contact for responsible projects, representing India's needs to WW Marcom and articulating local insights, objectives, and solutions for geo-origination campaigns. - Oversee the creation and production process, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of assets. - Ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing throughout the campaign planning and production process. - Provide insights and learnings to local stakeholders and WW Channel Marcom, driving innovation and evolution in the work processes. Qualifications Required: Minimum: - 8 years of experience in the marketing communications domain. - Experience in international account management at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand. Preferred: - Experience in channel marketing discipline, including visual merchandising, retail marketing/campaigns, POS, and customer-engagement programs. - Extensive experience in brand communications (Above The Line & Below The Line) and integrated campaigns across omni-channel touch-points. - Deep understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey and its impact on creative ideas and route to market strategies. - Experience in partnering with and building relationships with Creatives. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines. - Ability to operate effectively in uncertain conditions and adapt quickly to changes. - Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Attention to detail, result-oriented mindset, and superior written and verbal communication skills.,
