As the Brand and Creative Strategy Lead at Tecnotree Corporation, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the brand's creative vision. You will work closely with various teams to develop and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines across digital, product, and offline channels. In this role, you will drive high-impact integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and offline media to enhance engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. Collaboration with UX/UI and product teams will be essential to deliver seamless, on-brand user experiences and improve user journeys. By applying design thinking and insights, you will focus on enhancing onboarding, messaging, and user retention strategies. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering innovation, and promoting creative excellence within the team. Translating business objectives into compelling visual storytelling and creative assets will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, leading brand activations and fandom-driven campaigns to expand reach, engagement, and brand sentiment will be part of your responsibilities.
