We have a new opportunity to continue to grow the Autodesk team in India and are looking for a full time UX Designer to join us. Our Experience Design (XD) team is re sponsible for experiences that help our internal employees in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and more be the best at their jobs. The products we design support our internal employees to give our end customers the best experience possible. This role will have a close focus on the Customer Success domain , who are responsible for support cases submitted by customers across all of our products. This is a complex problem space and w e work closely with stakeholders to ensure our expe riences are strategically designed to meet employee, business, and customer goals. We are looking for a strategic , full-stack , experience designer with a diverse set of design skills and experience with stakeholder management . They must be very famili a r with desig n thinking method s and how to use these methods to tell a story, not just execute on requirements . They will take an active and in quisitive approach, working with product and engineering teams to deliver on objectives and outcomes, setting a high bar, and enabling exceptional results. Responsibilities ? ? ? ? ? ? Develop a clear understanding of our user s, the business, and objectives Support user and market research from planning through analysis of findings Participate in concepting, ideation, and the planning of digital experiences, striking a balance between established paradigms and innovative approaches Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops ? ? ? ? ? Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies Help develop product roadmaps and scope definition balancing feasibility, viability, desirability, and what is possible within time and budget constraints Minimum Qualifications? ? S alesforce experience, or experience designing in third-party technologies Familiarity with Figma and Mural E xperienced storyteller and conceptor with experience working in a diverse environment to develop concepts that deliver our results N ot just UX design skills but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking H igh-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker Fa miliarity with planning , execut ing , and consum ing different research methods, including interviewing, contextual inquiry, usability testing , sometimes in partnership with a UX Research partner.
