Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting, guiding, and fostering the growth of junior team members. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a PR agency, with a proven track record of leading large accounts and projects. A deep understanding of the media and brand landscape, particularly in Corporate, Consumer Technology, and BFSI sectors, is essential. Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets, and teams are crucial, along with excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships and solving problems. Critical thinking, the ability to derive insights, and craft compelling PR stories are also key requirements.
