Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling insurance products while building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling life, health, or general insurance products to customers. - Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and field visits. - Conducting client meetings to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products. - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. - Providing after-sales service and maintaining relationships with existing clients. - Ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales and client interactions using CRM systems. - Keeping yourself updated with insurance market trends and product knowledge. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or financial products. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated target-oriented approach with a proven sales track record. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office and CRM tools.,
