Executive – Accounts/Admin/HR Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Experience: 2–4 Years Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and proactive executive who can handle responsibilities across accounts , administration , and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic accounting principles, administrative coordination, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Accounts: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records (Tally/ERP). Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations. Assist in audits and coordination with external CAs/consultants. Administration: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor management. Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and logistics. Maintain office documentation and ensure smooth office functioning. Support scheduling of meetings and event coordination. HR: Assist with the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Maintain employee records and attendance tracking. Assist with onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement. Support payroll processing and compliance-related documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business administration/human resources. 2–4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and HRMS tools is a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
