Job Description

As a Sr. Executive Inside Sales for Health Insurance, your role will involve driving sales of health insurance products through phone and digital outreach. You will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, sales closure, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through calls and online inquiries - Explain insurance products and effectively close sales - Address customer questions, handle objections, and manage documentation - Maintain CRM records accurately and ensure compliance with regulations - Work towards meeting monthly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - 1-3 years of telesales experience, with a preference for insurance sales background - Strong communication skills in Hindi - Goal-oriented with proficiency in CRM and MS Office The company offers a fixed salary along with performance incentives, health benefits, career growth opportunities, and training and development programs.
