Job Title: Sales Executive – Training & Certification Program (Blue-Collar Workforce) Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working) Experience: 1–5 Years Industry: Recruitment, Training & Certification Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell Training and Certification Programs for blue-collar professionals aiming for overseas job opportunities, especially in the Gulf, Europe, and Asia. The role involves counseling candidates, converting leads, and achieving high enrollment rates. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential candidates (e.g., construction workers, drivers, electricians, hospitality staff) interested in working abroad. Pomote training and certification programs, explain value propositions, and address objections. Conduct telephonic or video-based counseling sessions to convert leads into enrollments. Manage and update CRM with lead information, follow-ups, and conversions. Work closely with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns. Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Provide post-sales support and guide candidates through onboarding. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, recruitment, or overseas placement. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain program features and ROI to candidates. Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills. Familiar with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with blue-collar workforce or in international manpower recruitment.
