Job Title: Zonal Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Manager – Retail Sales to lead regional sales operations. The role involves managing a sales team, building strong client relationships (especially with real estate developers and brokers), and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Account Managers Develop and implement sales strategies Build and manage relationships with real estate clients Work with product teams to meet market needs Track performance and meet revenue targets Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities Requirements: 6–8 years of B2B/corporate sales experience Experience in handling sales of ₹10–15 crore/month Strong communication and networking skills Proven team management experience MBA (preferred from a reputed institute) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: B2B or corporate sales: 6 years (Required) Work Location: In person
