Job Description

Role Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our suite of software solutions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads and opportunities for software sales. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients. - Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable software solutions. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiation. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and present value propositions. - Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates on the sales pipeline. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in software sales or a related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
