Job Summary:

Insurance Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and online platforms.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of various insurance products.
  • Promote and sell insurance policies including life, health, motor, and general insurance.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist customers with filling out application forms and submitting necessary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvements and marketing strategies.
