Inside Sales Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to manage our growing inside sales team based in Pune. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, improving team performance, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Track and analyze individual and team performance using CRM and sales dashboards.
• Drive daily huddles, weekly reviews, and coaching sessions to improve productivity.
• Ensure timely and effective lead follow-ups, nurturing, and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Train and onboard new team members; identify and fill skill gaps within the team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving queries and managing escalations.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategy plans to senior management.
• Optimize processes for better lead management and conversion efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team-leading role.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and manage a performance-driven team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Tele sales Team lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
