Junior Accounts Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive who is proficient in Tally Prime and has experience handling high-volume invoicing, client coordination, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Generate large-scale invoices accurately and timely using Tally Prime Create and manage E-way bills and E-invoices Prepare and update MIS reports regularly for internal stakeholders Coordinate with clients for billing queries, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution Manage accounts reconciliation and ensure accuracy in ledgers Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions Support in the month-end closing process and assist with required reports Apply basic accounting principles to routine financial tasks Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient time management for collections Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in an Accounts Executive or similar role Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must Strong understanding of E-way billing and E-invoicing processes Working knowledge of basic accounting principles Familiarity with MIS reporting and accounts reconciliation Excellent communication and client management skills Good organizational and time management abilities Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure efficiently Preferred Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field Prior experience in a high-invoicing volume environment Exposure to GST and compliance basics Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: E-Way bills: 1 year (Required) purchase note: 1 year (Required) credit note: 1 year (Required) delivery note: 1 year (Required) commercial note: 1 year (Required) Advance Excel: 1 year (Required) Location: Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
