What You Are Going To Do

Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)Effectively explain Aimlay's services and convert leads into successful enrollmentsConduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirementsDeliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrationsBuild strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessAchieve monthly sales targets and performance goalsMaintain updated records of communications and follow-ups

What We Need

Minimum 2 years of experience in International Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related roleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skillsStrong active listening and problem-solving abilitiesConfident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approachCapable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
