Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls (leads will be provided). Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Clearly explain services to prospects and conduct compelling online product demonstrations. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings. Build strong customer relationships by actively listening and delivering persuasive presentations. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 year of experience in Admission Counselling or Outbound Sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong active listening abilities; confident and articulate with a polite demeanor. Quick problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities. Adaptable, accountable, and results-driven.
