🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Order Management & CRM Activities

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless order flow

• Capture and evaluate requirements with Sales & Product Teams

• Prepare Sales Quotations & Sales Orders

• Ensure timely enquiry fulfilment and report delays

• Track and manage quotation-to-sales order performance

• Liaise with Product Managers on pricing, availability & specifications

• Communicate order fulfillment status to customers

✅ Customer Coordination

• Manage customer credit approvals and master data setup

• Alert Sales Team on credit limit breaches and blocks

• Support AR status reporting and customer documentation

✅ Administrative & Sales Support

• Maintain and archive sales and AR records

• Update CRM with RFQs, Quotes, Customer Responses, Sales Orders

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with logistics

• Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via chat, email, and phone

• Build strong knowledge of products and services
