Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 2-4+ years of experience in lead generation and business development within the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to various IT service offerings, hands-on experience working with the Indian market, and the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads into valuable business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through 

    research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social media

    .
  • Build and maintain a robust 

    sales pipeline

     for IT services and solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services such as 

    software development, cloud services, digital transformation, infrastructure services, etc.

  • Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)

     as required.
  • Maintain and manage data using tools such as 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LSN), ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce)

    , and other lead-gen platforms.
  • Coordinate effectively with the 

    operations and delivery teams (OS Team)

     for smooth client engagement and project handovers.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities.
  • Track and report 

    sales activities, pipeline status, and market intel

     regularly.
  • Stay updated on 

    industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities

    .
  • Ability to engage with clients across 

    different verticals

     such as Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, Retail, etc.
  • Comfortable conducting 

    face-to-face client meetings

     when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

    .
  • 2+ years

     of proven experience in inside sales/lead generation in the 

    IT services industry

    .
  • Practical experience with 

    ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce)

    , and data management.
  • Strong understanding of 

    IT services and technology landscapes

    .
  • Excellent 

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to create 

    sales proposals, SOWs

    , and tailored pitches for various industries.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated

    , target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing both 

    virtual and in-person client interactions

    .
