Inside Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities

To generate qualified opportunities for senior consultants by identifying,

researching, and engaging potential CXO/decision-maker leads across BFSI,

Manufacturing, and Consumer sectors. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle

high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects,

and drive sales conversions. The role demands proactive communication,

persistence, and the ability to engage decision-makers confidently over the

phone.

Make outbound calls daily to potential customers from qualified lead lists

or CRM data.

Pitch services effectively, explain benefits, and handle customer objections

with confidence.

Identify prospect needs and align them with appropriate solutions to

achieve set sales targets.

Maintain detailed and accurate call records, lead status, and pipeline

updates in CRM.

Conduct follow-ups through calls and emails to convert leads into

opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead quality

and conversion.

Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends to support

persuasive sales conversations.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or

related.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / SDR role.

Preferred: SaaS startups, EdTech, Market Research firms, Executive

Education, Consulting support roles.
